B. SHIPPING COSTS

We do not charge for shipping in any region we service.


C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).
Domestic shipments are in transit for 2-4 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut off time will be 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Once the item has been collected by the courier, the item will be marked as dispatched and the customer is notified by email and SMS. At which point the order can not be changed or cancelled. For information on the estimated arrival date, see the estimated shipping time reported at checkout.


D. Delivery Terms

We use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS. Carrier is determined on speed, item availability and weight.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.


E. Tracking Code

All orders have a tracking number that we will send to our customers with the shipping confirmation email.


F. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

In this situation, the package is brought back to the local post office location closest to your delivery address, and from there it can be picked up.

You will need to contact your local post office to arrange a pickup, or sometimes they may offer to schedule another delivery attempt.


G. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@groomy.shop or Call Us at +44 2049 811 834


H. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to the date it is dispatched. After this, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. For refunds, please refer to our refund policy.


I. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


J. Parcels Lost in Transit

In relation to missing packages, if your item has not arrived within 30 calendar days, please contact us at contact@groomy.shop, and we will investigate within 24-36 hours.
